What rebates are available? 

Rebate amounts are based on the qualifying income and number of people living in the household. The program’s income criteria are listed in the table below. Households qualifying Income Level 1 are eligible for a portion of upgrade costs, up to the following maximum rebate values.

Rebate amount

  • Single-family homes and suites in single-family homes
  • Mobile homes
  • Duplexes, triplexes, 4-5 unit multiplexes, row homes and side-by-side townhomes

Heat Pump Capacity Sizing Guide

  • 1 ton: 600–1,400 sq ft
  • 2 ton: 1,000–2,200 sq ft
  • 3 ton: 1,600–2,800 sq ft
  • 4 ton: greater than 2,000 sq ft
